Termite Inspections
We work with banks, appraiser and real estate attorneys. We are FHA/VA and Conventional Loan Termite Inspectors. For purchasing or refinancing, we can provide the Termite Certificate required by banks. We represent the buyer and give an honest unbiased opinion on the property based on the experience of doing thousand's of inspections. We also offer second opinion inspections.

We issue the termite certificates same day as the inspection.
